Coach Brett was a pleasure to work with and my son was able to gain a lot of knowledge and skills through just the initial session. If you ask any successful athlete, they will say it's the time you put in outside of practice, that will elevate your game. We focus on the little things that make players GREAT. Our sessions will include drills that incorporate game-like scenarios. You will train at a high level, and learn how to correct your own mistakes.
Whether you play midfield, attack, defense, or goalie, we tailor each individual session on the pieces of your game that you want to improve on. During the sessions, we evaluate your skills, and will incorporate other techniques to enhance the training session. You will leave each session with new drills and concepts that simplify the training process, and allow for you to work on when at home.

Footwork: Become a stronger/faster dodger, contain your offensive opponent, and overall increase your BALANCE & SPEED
Stickwork: Increase stick protection, shot accuracy & speed, and learn how to execute control take-away's from your offensive opponent,
When you combine your footwork and stickwork together, your game elevates fast and you will see/feel improvements.

- 1 on 1 Personal Training: Each season is 1 hour and costs to player per sessions is $75
- Small Group Training (2-4 players): Each session is 1 hour, and cost per player is $45
